Will I be eligible to receive severance pay After PIP Resign

If there is any HR please Answer This, I was in PIP for the last 2 months and after the Ai Exam I was not able to clear the Exam so that HR told me to resign so if I resign will i eligible to 3 month notice period salary as a Severance Pay Please answer this?
