Trending @Cognizant; Will I be eligible for appraisal this year?

Hi, i have joined Cognizant in Nov 2023. I heard that there will be appraisal happening in August 2024. I just want to know will I be eligible for that or I have to complete 1 or more years in Cognizant. If I’m eligible should I communicate with manage? What’s the min and max percent of appraisal associate get. Sorry in advance for multiple questions. Thanks
