Will I be considered fresher only after 1 yr of experience if I switch?

I just joined a project in April, and they clearly told me it will be full 9 hours+ work , 5 days a week .I accepted because I was on the bench for too long. But managers and all they expect us to sit from 9'30 am to 7 pm!! Worst thing ? They record time everyday. The project is good and there is much to learn but these restrictions are giving me a headache as a fresher .

And no work from home permission 🥲 even for a single day, that's y there aren't giving us vpn access also.

Some of us are thinking to get out of project, (release? Which we will never get)..so better is to switch.
