will I be able to negotiate my ctc

I have 2.5 yoe as Java - Spring Boot developer

I gave my 1st interview on 18th February and got an offer on 19th February but they just gave me the standard 30 percentage hike

cctc - 7.5 fixed + 0.5 variable

Accenture - 9.7 fixed + 2 variable (never pays)

it's in a different location Pune

one last month of notice period is remaining looking for more interview calls
