Trending @Infosys; Will I at least be allowed to serve the notice period?
I have a feeling I am about to be sacked from infosys as I am not particularly good at my job which is an sap abap developer and i asked for a release to switch to functional side and I am not able to complete the existing development at hand. Will they at least allow me to serve my 90 day notice period or can they terminate my employment immediately?
Ask for the release from the project don't mention you are not up to the mark just give personal reasons or family reasons so that they can find your replacement and release you and while being on bench find functional project
My manager specifically asked me to write that i am not up to the mark and had me send that email to him which he forwarded to resource allocation team. But there is no response from then since and its been over a week…not sure what do do and my lead is giving me more and more work which I am unable to do…i asked for release because i am not able to do the work but still they keep assigning me more n more work
Don't write such mail that you are not upto the mark tell them I am trying my best and giving my 100 % for work but I am unable to the expectations of my organisation or manger this is the reason I am asking for release
Same they have assigned me an IT project however I belong to lifesciences department
