Will HCL be ready to delay DOJ if TCS doesn't release me on time?

Same situation, but allocated with project, My Manager is threatening me that he will extend my LWD, however I am serving complete 3 months of notice period.. would it be possible for him to extend?? Please share your thoughts..

I have friends in hcl and what I have heard is hcl won't ask for your concern. They will decide on their own which project you will work and when you will join. From the date of you got offer letter till 90 days you can tell them to extend your DOJ. But TCS can't extend your NP unless you took leaves.

Why you think they will not release on time ?
