Will foreign company experience count if it's not registered in India?
I'm currently working for a Chinese company that's not registered in India. It is registered in China, US, Germany and in some other countries. I am working from India. I'm planning to switch to a new company, and I want to know will new accept this as a proper valid experience, because it is not registered in India. Any issues will come in BGV process?

Shouldn’t be an issue. People work remote in US companies.

no issue at all. How ever bad luck is, it's chinese. So you won't get the premium afforded to US/EU companies.
