Will creation of UAN number affect bgv?

I have been offered in Techmahindra and if I give the UAN number for the creation of a PF account, will it affect TCS's bgv? Like, will TCS check the UAN number generated during the bgv process? Should I reject Techmahindra (3.5 lpa) for TCS digital (7 lpa)?
