I have seen someone without project for 9-10 months. I was also in that place. You need to prove yourself if you want to be part of Capgemini, contribute to the practice projects.

Send messages to practice heads shamelessly. That you want to try your hands on their inhouse projects & hain some experience. Let them know your interests, show enthusiasm that you want to work for the company. Unless you get into some project.
