Trending @Capgemini; Will Capgemini ask (B1)employees to resign if they are on bench

I joined Capgemini as a fresher I have given everything to my project and I have worked on same project for 4 years now the project contract has ended and I will be on bench soon . I am an associate consultant with 4 years of experience. I am actively searching in other companies as well but no luck due to 90 days notice period. Will i be able to get early release if I am on bench. Please suggest

They won't ask you to resign, you will get call from other projects Just brush up your skills and be ready for project interviews

You might be on bench for long time, so they ask you to drop papers. They will give 1 month notice and 2 months pay. You need to search outside

Keep trying your luck and look for other opportunities outside, there’s no thumb rule for 90 days notice period nobody entertains, keep trying and focus more on your skills.
