Will C3B and above be getting annual hikes this time?

It’s very unfortunate if it is true. Not sure in which direction the organisation is heading. AI is not going to run the organisation..leaders play crucial role in it.

Low performers with no improvements even after repeated feedbacks, are always burden for any big/small org and If they are being removed, makes sense.
Pulling people from projects and laying off them is bad.
