Will c1 grade get full quarterly variable pay even if we don't have 85% WFO index
Can any one confirm this pls.
No we don't get

We will get 100% pay if we have above 85% right ?
Quaterly variable pay is based on your individual, Unit and Company performance and other organizational imperatives as communicated from time to time. It will be paid quarterly and is subject to being active on the company rolls on the date of announcement. However attendance is one of the factors for quartely pay, if your attendance >= 85% then you may get 100% quarterly variable pay but again we can't say it with 100% surety. In my case I have more than 90% attendane for each quarter but I have got less than 1/3rd quarterly pay. When I asked HR regarding that she says the above points what I have mentioned in intial lines my comment.
