Nope, canada mostly does whatever usa does but unrelated to usa visa restrictions it has already imposed restrictions and it's already tight there for people with permanent residency as well.
many people migrated to Canada from usa during dolands first term itself .

No , senior skilled people in india us projects will try to move to other non us client , it will be skill crunch & delivery pressure on management to US based projects.
