Since this is posted as part of the Data Scientists topic I am assuming you are a Data Scientist.

IMO data quality plays an important role to make any AI effective/accurate.

So with the rise of AI it becomes very important to maintain that data quality, so opportunities should increase.

I also think that those techies who don't know how to optimise their daily work using AI might be at risk at some point later in time, so start considering AI your friend instead of foe and make your life easy.

AI only enhances skill for existing workforce. Now with that if ur company thinks they can do with less and u are not worthy enough, it’ll take ur job in a way.

Move into ai as soon as you can. Data scientist who just run sql queries and analytics will be history. Data scientists who help in maintaining internal llm models will be irreplaceable.
Dont be afraid of AI, join hands with it, become proficient in deploying and training llms and you will be star. Embrace the future. Ai will make it easy to run a company with 10 employees which needed 100 till now. Data scientist teams of 10 would be compressed to 1-2 senior folks who can automate rest of stuff with AI Sending best wishes brother.

No, AI will make running tasks for your projects easier. You'll still need to provide qualitative inputs and critical reasoning behind them. So no, not really
