If they have budget of what you are expecting they probably might accept your counter offer with immediate joining.Since they might think you are using their offer as counter offer to xyz ..

I’d suggest place a concern with your HR. It most likely depends on project budget and location as well. Also do your research on industry standards and keep it above average and reasonable.

In my case they have revised the offer, so there a chance in your case also they may revise but the process takes time of atleast a week, till then no one from Accenture will receive your call or answer your mail

Accenture is providing virtual joining or do we have to report in office. After joining is it compulsory to come to office and work for 5 days from office.
