They should open in Chandigarh, reason being in north they are just having campus in Gurugram, and in Jaipur. But there are many folks for Punjab, Haryana, HP and J&K, even from Utrakhand who can work from Chandigarh location.

Yes exactly.. north people need more locations loke Chandigarh and other Tier 2 cities..
