Trending @Accenture; Will accenture fire freshers(CL 12) who are on bench?

I have joined on Aug 2024. Done my training in Oracle Plsql and cloud development on Nov. Still I'm in Entry level pool and didn't get ITP Bench mail.

Really am interested to do work. But what can I do if project is not assigned? I Got P3 proficiency in my primary skill.

Will they fire CL12 employees who are in entry level pool?

No one can tell you for sure. Do not panic, do not feel anxious and look for relief in answers. You can not predict these things. So hope for the best, prep for the worse.

Prep for the worse??😔 We didn't get projects still and how can we prove ourselves? In Coming 3 projects, we will complete one year with the company. Without gaining any experience how can we secure a job in other companies if they will fire now??

Yes man, they are firing ase’s who are on bench from past 5-6 months and have rejected 1-2 opportunities based upon roles.

What if we are in entry level pool and also not recieve single call ?? Will they terminate them too ??

In that case i believe you are safe as of now, but i would suggest to get into any project ASAP.
