Will a digital candidate be back to ninja salary if resigned?

Hi all, a serious question to ask,

If a digital candidate (got digital through wings1) puts paper for resignation:

1. Will he be dragged down at ninja salary from immediate next month?

2. (Very rare case) if he takes his resignation back before last working day, will he continue getting digital salary or will he get ninja salary now

Coz I heard somewhere that the moment we put papers, system allots us 'C' banding by default.

If anyone has gone through this thing in the past, their input will be much helpful.
