Will 9 no shows and 3 leaves will affect my performance pay(as min 85% is mandatory)?

Example:- if this month we have 20days, if we have 3 no shows means average we will get 85% in a month. So if less than 85% means we need to attend 100% in the next two months a quarter. Then average will cross 85%
