
Trending @Cognizant; Wifi not working!!!
Since last week cognizant's clientwifi is unable to connect with the clients vpn, affecting locations all over India. Despite this, no action seems to be taken to resolve the issue, and many employees are resorting to using mobile data. When I informed my manager that I am unable to work properly because of this network problem and requested to work from home for a week, she denied my request, stating that as a GenC, I am required to be in the office for at least 4 hours. Consequently, I come to the office for 4 hours but am unable to complete any work, forcing me to finish my tasks by working extra hours. How fair is it ?

Cognizant's infrastructure is beyond pathetic!

You've been dealing with this issue for two days, but we've been facing it for a year. Additionally, they expect us to complete our work while updating multiple, useless sheets. If there were a stronger word than "pathetic," I would use it.

They are turning blind eye to everything. Very unprofessional. All chairs broken as well.they won't replace it

Associate wifi is even more pathetic 😕
