Why would you come to India anyway?

He would have done his research, no?

Can't not tap such a huge market, but also need to do "your dramatics"

I know, it sounds dumb. Why am I justifying 130 AQI.

I am not. I am calling out these fake people, who want to squeeze maximum money out of India but can't acknowledge the constraints of the country.

“Your dramatics” - Man imagine you have lived all your life in AQI of max 30-40 and then you land in mumbai where if indoor AQI was 130 then outside must be around 225-250. We all are used to it but it affects your eyes, throat etc if you are experiencing it for the first time. And if you are extra careful/paranoid about your health it would be a big deal like it was for him.

We all shouldn’t be living in such huge AQI areas so no its not being dramatic its about how he has lived his life and then subjected to whatever India had to offer.

And coming to your point of squeezing money, why does he have to endure bad air quality to make money? Had he sat there for full 3-4 hours then it would have been justified squeezing money out of India? Its his life and he can do whatever he wants. Like this argument itself isn’t justified.

He sells slow aging & life prolonging suppliments. He's doing podcasts with these Indian bros to create hype for Indian launch.
Him not being able to sit even for complete podcast would not instill confidence in Indian consumers , knowing they don't have a choice and would have to endure high AQI anyways - so they could never achieve results such as his even with any suppliments

Poisonous air is a "constraint"? 🤡

DancingDonut
DancingDonut

Yes, it's the cost of living in India. You need an autocratic China to curb these issue

There's nothing wrong in what he said. What he's selling idk. If he's fraud good chance it'll be caught before reaching indua

Sounds like avg pretentious gora farang doing virtue signalling here, but maybe he's all in it for science and goes on to live for next 150 years.

Just saying: AQI is bad in few other countries too, everyone just wears a mask and not crib about it online every chance they find.

India Pakistan Bangladesh this trio always tops in pollution list, no European, Japanese, American or Australian cities come in the list. This is shameful

Should have convinced him to take a dip in the Ganga during Kumbh Mela. I'm sure you can equate it to biohacking because the toxicity will probably let you mutate a 3rd eye or leg.

Well, Chris martin did it without even creating much fuzz about it and that too after the end of the tour so cant say it was to sell tickets by luring indians.

NGL - after this I think Bryan Johnson is a dumb guy What kind of theatrics are this

We live in 100+ AQI every day and are all just okay

PrancingKoala

You're dumb

PerkyPotato

Go brag about it. After all there's a list that India has to top right? High AQI is no concern. Also it's least concerning that dumbfucks like you make up 90% of the population

While there is obviously truth to this, it is no question that Bryan Johnson is paranoid/almost psychotic about health. If anybody has heard him talk, they'd figure as much.

Of course - we should be wary of our air, but the level of alarm shouldn't be dictated by someone like him. It's like determining how to maintain your body basis Kim Kardashian's advice.

get out of your echo chamber buddy, he is doing good things to empower people to be at their peak health.

Get out of your Eco chamber buddy. Such marketing gimmicks don't work on me.

I think this is good. Do whatever dramatics needed if it helps you pull the attention of officials/entrepreneurs to this severe health issue.

I would say at least he is not faking it, if wanted to release in India or it mattered to him, he would have stayed.

India card to justify anything/everything

The problem with such founders is - They will try to play “Indian brand” card as reasoning for over-priced IPO but the majority of issue was secondary sale. A minor part will go into the “so-called” Indian brand and it’s expansion.
