Trending @Wipro; Why Wipro sucks?

Lots of reasons but the big one for me is they don't practice what they preach. They donate 65% to charity but pay crappy salaries and will not hesitate to terminate employees on bench... zero compassion for employees

Policies are not employee friendly.It is more benefitting for employer rather than employee.

It says policy’s but Wipro itself cannot understand it’s own policies

Huge workload, unreal expectations from employees, bad work environment, and to add cherry on top crappy salary package
