Trending @Infosys; Why wfo?

Now that I am in project, all my teammates are in other DCs. I am the only person here. Why do we have to go to office? I don't feel like talking to other colleagues.

Why not !! Why live work in isolation. Make some connections , know what other teams do. Socialize.

What made you think they do care about employees? If you start a company of your own, will you ever tell the public that your company doesn't care about employees?

For me nothing i can save if i go office as I'm jl2 last year when I'm on bench manager ask to go office that I used to take money from home as living cost high then my income 😅 and expensive pg food travel that was worst time and then i met some clones in office life destroyed i feel WFH is far better then going office and productivity so good at home

Same situation with me. To make it worse I waste 3 hours+ commuting to and from from Office

It's not like I don't like to communicate or what ever. The people are really sick. If I am talking to a person they pair up with me and indirectly start teasing. Currently I am not interested in such things. Also I want to socialize with people who are ambitious, make a network to grow in both professional n personally.. But here I am finding kids with pure gossips🤮
