Trending @Infosys; Why they are forcing us to come office. Office bhi jaao kaam bhi karo fir ghar pe aake meetings bhi karo. Paise ke naam pe chillar lo. No increment from last 2yrs.

Govt and real estate pressure are the major reasons. Also bcoz of moonlighting company doesn't trust employees anymore.

Unfortunately the job market is not that good currently and hence company is taking advantage of it.
