Why the PWD candidates are not shortlisted at the Business/Data Analyst Roles and any IT jobs? What will they do to build their career?
As a Low Vision Disabled person, I approached and applied to many companies for the role of Business/Data/Operational Analyst. I haven't gotten any responses at least 1:100 even though I have required certifications and skills. . If branded MNC needs experience(3+) and Tier 2, start-up doesn't have inclusive policies. Can anyone give some guidance or any references or notifications to build my career?
