Why earn 25LPA when you can earn 70LPA at 4yoe

I started my career with a service based, worked there for a year and moved to product based.
Here is my POV, others may differ -
-
Money - Obviously.. at minimum you are earning 2x, 3x even if you are not in FAANG sort of.
-
You are paid for work, skills not for spending time in office or in front of laptops.
-
There is flexibility of work location, WFH, you manage your own time. Finish the work in a day or a week.. do it before committed time.
-
You get to work on some cutting edge , things that really matter, learn nice things.
-
You meet people who are passionate about things in life. They are encouraging, there is healthy competition.. No leg pulling or demeaning.
-
Since everyone around you is earning good, lifestyle is different, hobbies are different that you won't see in general in the country.
-
Company perks are just spoiling.
And many more... I have been product development for 10 years now.
So all in all spending 6 months to grind is a fair bet to get a good life.
💯 plus product companies think they can capture the imagination of the masses quickly with a physical product, that can be touched and felt, because they believe that they can get higher margins and profitability compared to service companies, which operate on thin margins and isn't always correct especially for niche skills/areas

Do they provide training when on-boarding, or you have to figure out everything on your own?
