Why the Maternity resources are releasing from projects which is unethical?
By default after Maternity leaves employees get released from project. A project can’t hold you for so long so ultimately by default you will be moved to bench.
But yes it’s project choice once you are back if they still need employee at your level they will take you otherwise they can’t do anything.
Recently who are notified as pregnancy to the team those resources getting released from current projects with out client intervention this is very unethical from a company like TCS. Heard so many cases like this why?
Project can’t do anything on this. Even the client ID get deactivated itself after 1 month leave. If again you will join then they will again raise a request to activate your client id.
Any project if they know you will be taking the long leave like maternity then they keep the red flag on that particular employee and keep a backup ready.
It’s not about TCS any company in this corporate sector will do the same.
