Trending @Cognizant; why the managers are viewed as the most UNTOUCHABLE PERSON(basically they are god)
working in a process which is not that good but the main thing i have come across is the manager are treated like they are the UNTOUCHABLES(basically they are god). if you did a silly error a normal person will say: Make sure it won’t happen again and no worries my team leader speaks on the behalf like she is the one who is working and giving me salary and i am just sitting there watching her. She is like XYZ(manager) won’t like this or it is highly inacceptable or like i have beheaded a person in front of her and making her family eat that corpse or i am doing something that much illegal which will get a lifetime of prison😮💨
TBH it's totally based on team. I won't want to start location based crip but when i used to work under chennai based Manager then they used to think like they own company and i am slave which can be replaced anytime. They don't used to give respect, doesn't count my opinion moreover i wasn't allowed to interact with client. Same happened with my friends working under chennai based managers. Lucky onces like me who were able to switch project switched. Unlucky once had to resign and search for outside.

You are right these duffers have only earned money and experience these many years and have lost manners, humanity . If they are so biased belonging to Chennai or south India. They shouldn’t be working on a MNC either.
Some managers have slavery mindset. They behave as if they own you. I have had my fair share with these kind of managers. Ultimately just come out of their team. Because these people have no personal life and they thrive on sadistic pleasure. They have no personal life of their own and nor want you to have one.
