Trending @Capgemini; Why the HR people at Capgemini so useless and dumb? Why do they never respond to queries?

HRs are just overpaid execs with no real work imo! They’re not even true to the first half of their position for god’s sake!! Asking for a relocation for a genuine reason and these bozos have some stupid aas business reason

HRs are dumb everywhere People who are very smart intelligent won’t become HR as they can get better roles
So only those dumb@ss are left who then become HR and hire more dumb@ss HR
