Yes, the big companies all got land at throwaway prices, as a result of which they were able to set up shop and attract talent. Now it's just that all the best talent is in Bangalore.
I am facing the opposite : getting all opportunities in Delhi and NCR and none in Bangalore

Off late, I have started to find much more openings in Pune/Mumbai and Hyderabad area as compared to NCR. BLR always had more job opportunities.
