I recently joined Deloitte india and find these senior consultants working after hours for an Indian client, is it a normal thing here at Deloitte in every project or they're just trying to impress manager.
They handle multiple projects or areas, had to work long hours to get things done.
Yea, if that's the case it would be understandable for me. But they're engaged on a single project and performing tasks that could be done during their working hours. I'm really devastated after looking at this and questioning my life choices now .
Deloitte is well known for long work hours.
