First they made sure coming back to office is a habit and they did not made much noise about hours present in office. Now as most are back it is next level blocking access and made sure for 9 hours and then as per project working hours. Then it would be 9 hours in ODC. This is simple, this is what they want to achieve probably by 2025 end.
