Why tcs won’t provide OT when working on weekends? If not considered why all deployment happens on weekends.should I raise this to manager

Raise it to your manager. tcs should not make you work weekends without OT. This is unfair and needs to be addressed. Deployment can be planned better. Don't let them take advantage of you.
