Why TCS not giving any kind of gifts to employees 🥲

Partially cause its a big company. They don’t even have free coffee machines at main campuses lol.

Employees checked their back, TCS has given a deep and tight one .

They’re not even giving half QVA. How can we expect gifts from them. 😓

TCS wil have to build a seperate team for managing and distributing gifts as it have more then Lakhs active employees. And if TCS starts the gift culture there will be people who will take it to social media and criticize the gift which will impact the brand image.

Tcs is international MNC not domestic company hence they follow international procedures and standards
