Why TCS has no holiday on Jan 1st when all other MNC have.

Because at least other companies pretend to care about employees , whereas tcs is very straight forward, they don't fooking care.

May be they are giving 2 holidays in a same month ( Pongal n republic day ).. So u can avail Flexi on Jan 1st.
