Why TCS employee are so much excited for the band even if they get penny hike ?

We are getting hike without working. That's why

Most people in TCS live with less wage and thus by month end there is nothing to save. Even penny matters when there is nothing.

Ofcourse.. will help in reducing EMI from 500 to 1000 rupees.!
