Why TCS becoming toxic day by day

  1. Hikes deferred
  2. 9hr from office
  3. 5 days WFO
  4. Closing offices in many location
  5. New bench policy, if unallocated for more than 35 days, action will be taken
  6. Have to report RMG on bench, canโ€™t do punch in and out at nearby location, have to waste time in travel to outskirts location.
  7. Have to spend 9hr in office even on batch
  8. Cab services discontinued

Where all money going??

Because We are slaves and we canโ€™t do anything so they can implement anything. We are habituate to adopt it till there will no any unity of employees, which will not going to possible all are having dependencies and market is also bad.

There can never be unity in software industry. There will be few dumbheads who will support the above points. I feel jealous when I see give people come down to roads if they want something. Here we save our ass

Situation is not good outside. Instead of providing the platform for upskilling or cross skilling the workforce, they are simply harrassing by implementing bad policies like WFO.. 9 hours.. completing mandatory trainings.. etc

There will be heavy loss of jobs in months to come in the IT sector. In short, they want us to leave.

Excep point # 4 and 5 everything else was there before corona time ...

So if these points make a company toxic you did not do your research properly before joining tcs ....

There are 5 years of corona time. Also industry changed lot along with corona. So we want to compare the world before corona vs after corona. Doenot have any meaning that I am going back to the way I was 7 year before..

Before corona and post corona nothing much have changed except introduction of AI

It's only mindset of those who started there carrer in last 5 years they think whatever used to happen before corona is not correct way of working....

But few things never change.... Like even in days of AI and Cloud . Mainframe and COBOL still very much exist and people working on them as well ...

Probably post corona genration will say what's COBOL ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Because they have to handle this recent crash accident and some other BOEING cases that news are highlighting and because of that their shares are going down massively. They have to handle the situation and they can't put the reputation of the company what TATA built for years- not firing employees out for any cause without valid reason . So they are pushing the employees in indirect ways to place resignation on their own so that they can handle this issue financially/ legally and cleverly ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ

Soon TCS will be the next Nokia. Only sir Rata tata jii knows how to deal with their people's like a family person.... that's why he built a TATA empire. DOWN to EARTH ๐ŸŒŽ

SOON you will see TATA also devided with multiple names in future.

This is well planned strategy, to hire new freshers management wants to trim existing mid layer people like 8-15 years of experienced guys.

They will hire new freshers and women more

If this is your definition of toxic then you seriously need to consider resigning and look out for new opportunities.

These are all strategic initiatives.. if anyone remembers, TCS created a new position recently for a Chief Strategic Officer and appointed Mangesh Sathe in this position. This is all coming from there.

They first started cleaning the inhouse mess before focusing on the business growth.

Also this is just the beginning. It's about to get a lot worse. So buckle up.
