Why suddenly workplace become so fast forward?
After AI boom I'm seeing office work become so fast forward , everyone is so desperate, anxious or maybe under pressure that they all are doing task so fast or try to do fast as possible. Everyone using AI tools like chatgpt, windsurf, claude to get their work done and shipping their product too fast. I know everyone is under pressure from above, like employees have pressure from manager , manager have pressure from upper management and everyone just engulfed in this situation.
If things going this fast forward then I don't think company would need most of the employees as they already brink of their saturation point as idea is not proportional to speed, we know at last they are out of ideas / projects and don't need employees except for few who can maintain their who system.
Wha do you guys think ?
Agree with this, Mngrs are unaware of many things unless he is techno manager, if mgr is technically sound he most probably save his teammates in higher level meetings otherwise team will most probably face the heat in this faaasssst AI era
Most managers and leadership are always behind the curve on everything. That's why they make everything "priority" and needs to be completed ASAP.
The people who demand things have no idea how to do, but they have the power to decide on deadlines. Result - the " fast forward" life...
