Why some time people are spreading miss information and hate here ? your opinion.

Yes, we need to spread positivity. For example, 30% QVA is better than no QVA. Positivity.

They know the truth and gone through lot, if you are in love with company its good for you.. your option shows you are not rational

Please share few examples of fake information or rumours you have come across this forum so that all of us can better understand... for me most of the concerns reported here are genuine and they are either around qva, hikes, wfo policy or lack of clarity in policies etc which are 99.9% genuine

Everyone's situation is unique but if majority of people in the bad side that means tcs is bad we need to agree , people who enjoy work at tcs should say why otherwise how can we conclude?
Let's start from you what do u like about tcs and wish to work here ?

I would say people who hate the company express it. To balance it out people who love needs to express it too.
Anyone spreading rumours or misinformation here how is that even possible what they will achieve with that ?
