Which industies are most and least stressful to work in?
Also, does the payscale is proportional to the level of stress, or are there any lucky people earning unproportionately to their stress?😅
Money. Many are over paid beyond their requirement, Some are desperate to get paid beyond their requirement.
Them and everyone around them suffers.
ofcourse, the 2-3 hrs travel in traffic, makes in worse.
It’s not just in IT but almost everywhere, based on the type of work, every industry/domain has certain targets, if they miss it then competitors will get the benefit.
In service based sectors, client won’t trust them and will give project to another companies.
So every workers/labours/resources need to grind to satisfy the upper management, get better at doing the tasks, get promoted or switch to better opportunities.
Someone higher up in the chain not acknowledging "descendants are also human" and overcommitting to practice their own stats padding leads to unnecessary stress to the descendants. So you either toss others or get tossed around.
You can help yourself by frequently switching or rather having "an option to switch" in the back of your head might help with the stress.
