Trending @Accenture; Why so much difference in salary ?

I have joined acc as AASE and got promotion through tech Leph and my other batchmate ase taking normal After 2 year they got default promotion and after one year they got normal hike 11% and now in this cycle also they got sept got again 11 now every one have 2-2.5l more then me

What should i do any suggestion
