Everyone who was given an IP in December cycle will have to go through PIP in January. The reason why you are seeing a lot of posts about it is because ATCI took a decision to kick off all PIPs after the holiday period to avoid holidays and leaves during PIP. Hence, most people will now have gotten an intimation of their PIP being initiated.

PIP is a process which can be initiated in nov,dec even jan. Whoever has got 0% VP will be on the list. Many times with 0% VP they don’t put in pip in november.
