No one wants to reveal their identity while exposing TCS's dirty reality

One ANONYMITY.
Two your future recruiter looks into your linked in and not grapevine. So you need to maintain your emotions there and be always positive about life except complaints about service providers such as Swiggy, zomato, blinkit, zoom car, hdfc bank etc.

We need a smart way to share our thoughts on LinkedIn without revealing who we are. Something smooth and sneaky—like dropping a great idea and disappearing before anyone asks questions. We want people to hear us but not know it’s us, kind of like that one coworker who always speaks up in meetings but never turns on their camera. Any tricks to pull this off without making people wonder who’s behind the post?

No matter whatever you write whatever you say i doesnt matter untill the issue is on a large scale. Small companies might look and work on your issues but big companies wont even care.

But as a whole if i say Tcs is good just that salary and multiple processes we have to follow.
