I also feel this , even I talk to my manager about this. She said that it could be in November for this year. Last year they gave me zero hike. Almost 2.5 years in HCL & there is no hike since I joined this shity org.

We have been told it may happen September-October , that why I have trust issues with HCL..never seen any company with such poor management and culture..how disrespectful it is..they give 2% 3% 0% hike and delay it purposely..Many of my colleagues waiting for their papers from years now...and management don't bother about it...
