WFO is mandatory in operations it started from last 1 year. Few operation projects are forcing 5days wfo.

I think they can not call you everyday. For women Accenture gives WFH during 🩸 also for moms. Pls align with your HR

This is something unwritten but for the welfare of women employees ACN provides flexibility. HR will not tell you, you have to check with people function.

My whole team sits at Pune location. Pune office is 4km away from my home. I’m travelling to Bangalore (base location)every week as I have to take care of parents also. If they want us to come in office why can’t they allow for base location change. At the time of joining recruiting HR said if u get Pune location project they will change location. I’ve already started looking for jobs now.
