When HCL gets billions of profits why it never share with employees? Why HR always negotiate on salary when company has to pay money? Can a HR reduce notice period for itself?

This is HR duty. Yes. They can reduce notice period as well. Even though you perform interview well, your expected salary is within budget, then they will recommend offer letter.

Every company has budget but the thing is they don't want to give money HCL itself get billions of dollars profit but what does employee get in appraisal nothing
