Why RMGs not giving a go ahead for projects for employees even though he cleared interview and account is ready to take them?

Head count reduce no matter what

I am lucky to get onboarded on a project to be a part of the fluidity list. Now they are blocked and not givening go ahead for onboarding no matter what the reason.

Because hr has given a list of people who they want to remove from organization. Some say it's problem people. Some say it's high salary people. No one knows what is the criteria for that list.

Margins... They want to maintain good margins..
They will suck up less paid project people and eventually good performers will go away as well
