Why RMG are happy??

Why the FK RMG are not getting fired? What exactly they have achieved in life or doing in tcs?? Are they earning for TCS ?? NO Are they doing work in any tech stack?? NO

Finding an opportunity can be easily done by some online portal and AI can easily do it

What is the use of RMG?? They should also face the heat plus if they fire whole RMG department TCS can easily save a lot if money

I can understand your frustration. RMG plays a very important role in the growth of the company. AI or Online portal cannot replace them.

They will, don't worry. IBM already released HRs. As things move forward, the HR and RMG role can be fully automated and 90% will be removed for sure.

First TCS should restructure the entire RMG team. Sorry to say security guards do their job better than RMG. AI can replace all one should not be overconfident.

RMG dont have any knowledge dont see any skill and do allocation of MBA + SAP candidate to RMG team. What kind of knowledge is this? They are just increasing the head count thats it.
