Why push for appraisal initiation when the previous one did not mean anything? Continuous appraisal -> continuous frustration!!

It's their process so they will follow.,
you will get Band. From Band they will get to know A, B, C and D %. Also Bands are linked to Wings compensation as well. Bands are also linked to promotion

That’s why I left despite getting an A band, if you salary hike better switch. If you know you are the best performer, for sure there are other places where you will be more valued and compensated
