13moWhy pip when the project can simply release.
I heard that some people were kept in pip and forced to resign. I've seen only good people in tcs. If someone doesn't perform then they can release that employee right? Why they chose to put the employees in pip?

I've been put in pip for asking project release 😂 had some work related issues with senior and manager finally got release then D band got into another project working good cleared pip but lost performance bonus and performance pay for 1 year i don't know whether they add them again so looking for outside opportunities
